I won't let this be ignored and fall behind, since this is annoying.
Keep in mind that this is not tech support. This is a user-to-user help forum, and if people don't know the solution to your problem, they simply won't reply.
If a crash always happens at the same spot, it usually means data corruption. If you have the Origin digital download, repair the installation in Origin. If you have the steam version, verify integrity of the game cache. If you have a different version, reinstall the game.
