MASS EFFECT 1 LE BUG

BUG FOUND RIGHT AFTER MY LAST POST ON THIS WEBSITE. RIGHT. AFTER.

Description: Again I tried emptying out my inventory and while converting things to omni gel, my game went into a description for the Anti-Thorian Gas grenade and it will NOT allow me to back out. 

These are two bugs RIGHT IN A ROW that are ruining this game as it's completely killing my controller input. It will let me scroll the little text that is there for the gas grenade, but I can not back out.
