Mass Effect 1 (legendary) - separate settings for voices & text language?

Does Mass Effect 1 (legendary edition) will have separate settings for voices & text language? I am asking because RUS voices in ME1 was awful😞

PLEASE, hear us! We don't want this worst russian voices in this best game of all time. I can't play this version. All russian community want original voices + rus subtitles!

МЕ1 Legendary has russian voice acting, which all players in the country hate. One of the worst russian voice acting on history.
EA, I beg you, please add the option "ENGLISH VOICE + RUSSIAN SUBTITLES" to the console&pc versions of the ME1 Legendary. I beg you very much. Help!
