You should be able to access the DLCs for ME2 via the following link:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/dlc-for-classic-games/#masseffect
There should also be an option under the Extra Content tab in Origin to get the DLCs for ME 3. Let me know if you need help finding it!

@EA_QueenBee: the link you gave doesn't include the ME3 DLC's. And IIRC, in the past, these links didn't grant you the rights to them, they just let you download them. Has that changed?
OP:
You said the Bundles still have a cost. Yes unfortunately they still do.
But have you tried to download the individual DLC's under "Extra Content"? These should all be free. Alas, you do have to select each individually.
(And yes, they should remove the bundles, or just make them free as well)
