10 years agoThanks for posting your Dxdiag. A few things to try:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Set your monitor refresh rate to 60 rather than the 75 it is set to now
- Update your video drivers using this download: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/96073/en-us

8 years agoHello, I had the same issue and when reading MahatmaGhandi61's error log, I saw that it mentioned "General protection fault!" this usually refers to an issue of authentication or administrator rights, and indeed, running the program as administrator fixed my problem.
