I purchased Mass Effect 2 and all its DLC and now the game crashes after completing the Kasumi loyalty mission. Please provide a patch or other fix by email.

Furthermore, the game is 11 years old, so nobody is going to fix this.
You can use this workaround or buy the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which does not have this bug.

My suggestion is that you go ahead and wait till the end of the game to do the DLC. It fixes itself after you complete everything in the main story and spoilers: Kasumi really doesn't effect the outcome of the game as much as the others.
