Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition from Steam to Origin

Hey,

So when I first got Mass Effect 2, I got the DDE on Steam.  I'm currently in the process of moving them over to Origin, but couldn't redeem the extra codes (Digital Deluxe Promo Key and Digital Deluxe Cerberus Key).  I was wondering if I need to somehow purchase these again, or if I'll be able to access them once in game of ME2.  It's been a while since I've launched it.  Will my Bioware account remember that info on the Origin install?
