I purchased Mass Effect 2 on Origin, as well as the DLC bundle pack which includes: Expansions- Kasumi – Stolen Memory- Overlord- Lair of the Shadow Broker- ArrivalCerberus Network content- Normandy Crash Site expansion- Zaeed – The Price of Revenge expansion- Firewalker Pack- Cerberus Weapon and Armor pack – contains Cerberus Assault Armor and M-22 Eviscerator shotgun.- Arc Projector heavy weaponAegis Pack – contains the M-29 Incisor sniper rifle and the Kestrel armor.Equalizer Pack – contains the Capacitor Helmet, Archon Visor and Inferno Armor.Firepower Pack – contains the M-5 Phalanx heavy pistol, M-96 Mattock heavy rifle and Geth Plasma Shotgun.Alternate Appearance Pack 1 – contains new outfits for Garrus, Thane and Jack.Alternate Appearance Pack 2 - contains new outfits for Tali, Grunt and Miranda.Collectors’ Weapon and Armor pack – contains Collector Armor and the Collector Assault Rifle.Terminus Weapon and Armor pack – contains Terminus Assault Armor and the M-490 Blackstorm heavy weapon.Mass Effect 2 promo bundle – contains Umbra Visor, Sentry Interface and Recon Hood.Blood Dragon ArmorMass Effect 2 soundtrackMass Effect 2 Making of DocumentaryMass Effect 2: Genesis digital comicMass Effect 2 digital art bookUnfortunately only about half of the addon content has installed or is unlocked, the rest of the content sits there with no way to download or install it, the only real solution I see is to delete the whole game and re-install but if there is any other solution to fix this issue please share it with me.

Could you try to delete Origin cache and eventually reinstall the application with CCleaner (it will also clear your registry files)? /Ataashi

I double-checked your account, but everything seems good in our system - you should have those DLCs available, so we can assume that there's something wrong with Origin client.

Could you try to delete Origin cache and eventually reinstall the application with CCleaner (it will also clear your registry files)?

@EA_Ataashi I tried to fix the cache but it didn't do anything, so i've had to uninstall the game but now interestingly I have been given the option to install the extra addon content with the base game installation, however it only detects the DLC I had before that installed originally, so basically I can re-install the content already there originally but not the rest of it.

There is enough space on your hard drive?

You could try to download and install the DLCs manually, from the side @Fred_vdp linked.

If you don't want to do that, follow this guide to uninstall Origin. (Scroll down to "How to uninstall the Origin client the hard way"

Reboot > download Origin from here > Run the "OriginSetup.exe" as an Administrator (Right click the "OriginSetup.exe" > Run as an Administrator) > reboot > Test.

I've already tried to download them manually, this unfortunately caused an issue with the game which forced me to uninstall it, I also have plenty of space on my hard drive still to download these DLC and i've already uninstalled and re-installed Origin.

yes, I saw that you already reinstallaled, but there is a big difference between a normal reinstallation and a clean reinstallation.

Did you cleaned your Windows Registry after you uninstalled Origin the first time?

Hi @UNSC_InfinityII,

When you open 'Extra content' tab in Origin, and you scroll to one of those DLCs in there, what option does Origin offer you? You mention downloading or installing is not possible, what does the orange button say instead?
