Mass effect 2 dlc pop up doesn't work

Hello,

I was trying to buy some DLC for the mass effect 2 game (Kasumi, Lair of the Shadow Broker), but when the pop up comes up when i click the purchase button, it just stays white, nothing happening.

Any solution to this? Thanks.

    I have the same issue, that or as soon as I click on the addon a black white window pops up.

    Most of the DLC's for 3 purchase okay, just not for Mass Effect 2.

    Same problem but when I hit the buy button, only clear white window appears. And I found that I have this problem only with buying for BioWare points. When I want to buy dlcs for real cash (for example BF4 shortcuts) everything works well.
