I've bought the Mass Effect Tilogy from off the Origin store however I don't have a copy of Mass Effect 2 with it. There was the usual download link to get ME 1 & 3, but no option to download ME 2. I've searched all over the internet to see if anybody else has had this but i've come up empty.
Does anybody know of this happening before and is there a contact address to get this sorted? I've paid for a product and i appear to missing 1/3 of it.

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
Contact them again. I've found that just because one Customer Support person doesn't seem to be able to help, doesn't mean another one can't. With the EA ones, I may not get the issue solved the first time, but (with one very minor exception) I've always gotten it resolved to my satisfaction in the end.
