Sigh, I reinstalled Mass Effect 2, then downloaded all DLCs using Origin, instead of installing from the BioWare Social Network site. It took a few hours, but it worked.
An update: I uninstalled then reinstalled Mass Effect 2, and the game started working again. Downloading the Kasumi DLC from the BioWare Social Network site caused no issues, but the problem started again after I tried to download Arrival (from the BioWare Social Network site directly to my computer).
After I installed Arrival, trying to open Mass Effect 2 gives me an "awc.dll" error.
Is this a problem with the DLC itself? I don't want to reinstall Mass Effect 2 yet another time and still have this problem occur for a DLC I bought.

you don't need do anything. same happen to me. you need re-crack. when you copy v1.02 crack, game start.
