mass effect 2 problems or bugs

here is the bug i can see the amount of heavy weapon ammo i have after leaving lazarus station is the total on normandy after freedoms progress even if none or all was used it will be 3 or 2 regardless later it gets erratic when a mission is done it might be 0 3 or 2 or the maximum sum- now the weapon layout bug normally the gun you finish a level with should be in hand on next level not a gun you were not using for me i had locust smg with incendiary ammo on all guns at end of mission vanguard class now if we go to weapon locker or change gun layout before mission thats the only way ammo would be off on all guns i did not alter weapons & it has me starting missions with claymore scatter gun or a heavy weapon & incendiary ammo is off on all 3 guns locust phalanx & claymore- this started when i redownloaded all dlc items cause i deleted all of it last year but i kept all my save games that still had dlc items & content that i deleted on them since then i deleted everything cleared cache deleted & redownloaded profile uninstalled game all useless- help needed for sure
