Mass Effect 2 PS3 .PDF Manual missing

There is no PS3 .PDF manual at

http://help.ea.com/en/mass-effect/mass-effect-2/

Only XBox and PC.

And I see from old posts that people have complained about this for at least a year and a half, but EA is too lazy to do anything about it.  Awesome.

And when you chat with support about it, they have no ability to tell the right people to fix the problem.  They tell you to post on the forum and hope the right people see it.  Which clearly they don't, which doesn't surprise me.  Ridiculous.  They call this support?
