mass effect 2

I have played ME 1/2 and 3 for ages. I know how to send my ME1 characters to ME2 Now however when I want to start new in ME2  game with ME1 character, I can see my character name etc but when I hit...

      @Goafar 

      Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair)
