I changed my E-mail address through SWTOR to be able to play my level 16 character.
When I did that it incidentally changed my Origin E-mail as well, which I did not want to do.
I then ran into issues similar to yours with Online Pass/Unable to authenticate DLC.
I did a Live Chat, who gave me a case number and told to call at certain times ("Standard Business Hours")
I then called and they switched me from Digital Deluxe to Collectors edition and deactivated my Digital Deluxe.
The errors have now gone away.
It took a few tries, a long phone call during work hours, while you need to be at home to check things and input codes...
My Recommendation is this:
Switch your E-mail account.
Try again.
If it fails, talk to a few Representatives. They are human and some make more mistakes than others. Be Respectful, and patient.
Feel free to discuss how much effort you put into fixing it, and hours spent on the phone and they may be able to help you out a bit.
When talking to them, get them to toggle between Collectors Edition and Digital Deluxe. Those give equivalent bonuses so you don't need to worry about losing anything.
The DLC is tied to your account so you should keep it without issue. If there is an issue, kindly talk to one of the Representatives and they can remedy the situation.

Tried to change my email account but no luck It's not visible in the account preferences, I will have to email/phone support, it is annoying.
In efforts to bring players the most consistent, secure, and effective protection for their accounts, players are no longer able to update their email address for their Origin Account through Origin themselves, meaning they simply need to contact us in order to update their account's email address.

Had the exact same issue, here is what I did:
I've had exactly the same issues as a Collector's Edition owner. One day, my Online Pass stopped working and I contacted EA Live chat three times to get it resolved. The last advisor was really helpful (all were polite, though) and issued a new Online Pass. But one for the Standard Edition. As others have mentioned there is an Online Pass for the Standard Edition and a different one for the Collector's Edition named Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition). You can look up which one is registered to your account on the BioWare Social Network under your registered game content.
Once I had the Online Pass for the Standard Edition I kept getting an Authorization Error stating my "Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement" could not be authorized. See a screenshot here. Nonetheless I could play Multiplayer and all Single Player content (including all DLCs like From Ashes, Leviathan, Omega etc), so this was only a minor glitch, nothing that prevented me from playing anything at all.
After hearing good things about the EA Twitter Support I contacted them referring to my case number that got created when I contacted Live Chat and attached the screenshot and within minutes they came back to me and issued an Online Pass (N7 Collector's Edition). Yet, this lead to another problem which many of you also had, "From Ashes" suddenly wasn't authorized anymore, see screenshot. So I contacted Twitter support again and in under 5 minutes, they registered "From Ashes" to my account again and now I have no more errors when starting ME3.
Solution:
So my advice is - try Twitter Support under @AskEASupport during their work hours (Mo-Fr 9AM - 6PM CST), state your case number and if possible a screenshot of your error and in my case they resolved it in minutes. If you don't have twitter and don't want to create an account to contact them, try your luck with an advisor from Live Chat and say you need an Online Pass that fits your game-version (standard or N7 Collector's Edition) and if you're a CE owner tell them to register From Ashes as well since this seems to get de-authorized when they issue a new CE Online Pass. Good luck!
