Mass Effect 3 Activation issues...

Right just downloaded this game as it was in the sale I thought why not... Oh was I wrong, yet again Origin has let me down. I can not play this game due to an activation issue. After trying to play the game I'm prompted with a EA activation issue, and the only help I can seem to get from Origin is that they're looking into it... I do not have the disc this was a digital purchase. Has anyone figured out how to get this working?

    Well since you can't play your game you just might want to take up sewing.  I think EA could use a nice new sweater...

    Yeah I've just noticed the link no longer exists! Maybe it's fixed and there waiting to announce it? 😉

    Nope nevermind it's still not working... How do I get a refund for this? There's a link when you login on Origins website to get a refund, but when I click on it  "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" That's it I'm out... I've given up with Origin, I'm going back to steam. I now just want a refund.
