Mass effect 3 Activation launcher

Everytime I open Mass effect 3 it brings me to what looks like a launcher with a circle spining. The thing is it wont stop, it just goes on forever. Please help, cause I really want to play this with...

Also I already tried to repair and I disabled ovewrlay.
