Mass Effect 3 Appearance Pack installed but not showing up in game

I just recently purchased the Mass Effect 3 DLC Apperance Pack and it automanticaly installed but when I launched the game. it said "Unable to authorize the DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC." But on the game details it said it's already installed.

    never mind I got it to work once I click repair install
