Im sad to say you are not the only one. There are tons of people including me. Been 4 or 5 days now and i still cant activate ME3. Ea is ''working'' on the problem by not keeping us up to date and giving crappy responses if one at all in the Ea private help chat.
Guess you just have to wait like the rest.
