Mass Effect 3 Citadel DLC ending glitch

I play on the Xbox 360 and recently downloaded and played through the Citadel DLC.  After a rather raucous  and fun party (loved the DLC!!), I was to return to the Normandy.  The final cutscene played and Shepard & Co. returned to the Normandy as the screen faded to black.

Only, in my case, the screen stayed black.  I've been staring at a black screen since the end of this cutscene for about 10 minutes straight now.  This has got to be a glitch, as even on the 360, loading times aren't this bad.

Any help and/or patch?  As cool as the new locale is, I'd prefer to not be trapped in it forever with a perpetually-hungover crew.

Addendum: No, this is not my 360 crashing.  I was able to use the Xbox Guide button to return to the Dashboard, restart the game, and reload my save, but I only ran into the exact same problem once again.
