Mass Effect 3: Collectors Edition unavailable in library

Good morning,

i saw a reddit post that some games got deleted so I went and checked, anyway, my mass effect copy is gone.

I paid some premium cash for this version with all the little books and other cool features and now it's just.. gone.also really nice to see: BUT YOU CAN BUY IT AGAIN.

how about no.

either give me a new copy (like todd with Skyrim Legendary edition) or I'll just faithfully get it somewhere else.

    Good morning,

    I dont know what happened, I legit didn't have mass effect and Dragon Age origins anymore, but when I wanted to let my lil bro see what happened today.... They were there, I have screenshots of the before and, well, now they're back. 

    Lil bro said it might be because Origin and servers maybe something had to refresh and me never being online.... Eh anyway everything is back. Really weird but all works again now. Sorry for the rant

    Hey @Emprasoforvio, Games cannot be removed unless changes are made to an account. The BioWare team updated the game icons but didn't remove anyone's game from their account.

    We cannot grant content to an account without investigating the account itself. Are you playing in the EA app or Steam? 

    If you are in the EA app, does the base game ask you to pay for that, or does it show up in your library as owned?

    That is good to hear. Typically clearing cache and going to the store doing a manual search shows it but I am happy to hear that they are showing up again for you!
