You sound surprised. It's been this way for most of PC gaming history!
Game comes out, it's expensive.
1st DLC comes out, it's a fraction of the full game's cost.
More DLC come out, starts to add up.
Game has been out for quite a while (in internet years) goes on sale, DLC doesn't.
Game has been out for a looooong time (in internet years) and gets really cheap, with still more DLC available.
Game can be had for bargin/fire sale prices, so all DLC totals more than base game.
If that dynamic really bothers you, wait until the GOTY/UE comes out. 😕mileytongue:

Funny.
And then the GotY edition came, almost without any of the DLC. The DLC for ME3 is currently sitting comfortably at more than 4000 Bioware points (!?) - years after this last post, telling me to be thankful they included a multiplayer mode in a game that I NEVER, ever wanted to have multiplayer. Look at the eSport money it's generating now though... Thank GOD they took out singleplayer stuff so they could sell it to us piecemeal and afford the multiplayer, huh?
Worst part is, I had most of this stuff on XB360 back in the day.
