Mass effect 3 dlc Xbox 360

I tried purchasing mass effect 3 dlc for Xbox 360 on the 29th and there was a glitch with Xbox live. I worked with Xbox support and they could not figure out what was wrong and told me to try to purchase it the next day. When I went back the next day the dlc was back to normal price. They recommending I contacf ea to see if there was anything you they could do.
