Mass Effect 3 DLCs Do Not Work Offline!

I bought ME3 and all the DLCs from Origin, I am using ALOT ( A Lot of Textures), All of the DLCs are added to it, Tonight I just finished installing ALOT again and wanted to try it. EA says they can't confirm that I own the DLCs, so they won't let me play!

I have had this happen in the past many times and I don't understand why that don't have all of that information or why they don;t find a way to take care of this! And I'm not playing in offline. mode..It seems about half the time when I go to EA and try to play, they will say they cannot connect. You can't can't login when they are disconnected, they will ask you to try later. I don't see why that should be a concern for us players. We have paid our good money for the games, .We should be able to play 24 hours a day, if we choose to!.

That's one of the reasons why I'm not buying any new games from EA and why I'm playing more on Steam!

I definitely enjoy the help I get here on Answers HQ. Thanks for the help!

@DoctorDAM  Thank you for your help! Your suggestion to use ME3Tweaks, Tools and Bink Bypasses for ME3, did the trick. I went ahead and reinstalled like you suggested and found a couple of errors that I had missed. After installation, I was able access the game again and I no longer receive any errors. Thanks again for your help!

@holger1405  I got the game to run fine. My problem now is that I get this error online or offline: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please login to the Alliance Network with the account you used to purchase the DLC..." (picture below). I purchased the game "Mass Effect™ 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition" in 2012. I don't have access to the email I purchased it with. I have the receipt, but EA doesn't seem to want to accept it.

I don't know when this happened, but I think it was when EA took over from Origin and the game was transferred over. My game says it is "Standard Edition". With that, you need to buy all of the DLCs. With the N7 Digital Deluxe Edition, which I purchased, all the DLCs are included. I only have one account and this is the account I used to buy the game with. So now, I am just trying to get EA to give me the game I bought.

@dwharper34 This is a pretty old error. It typically comes down to one of the following reasons

Bad install of DLC (happens quite often)
You had EA Play and it expired
Someone else logged in and downloaded the DLC

Your account isn't entitled to own that DLC

Without looking at the account, it could be any of these. You can test this out and typically resolve it on your end.

    • Go to C:\Program Files\EA Games\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\DLC (Or your respective install location)
    • Delete ALL DLC folders.
    • I also delete the metadata folder too

Log back into the EA app or Steam, repair the game first, then install the DLC. Once you log in, it will show you which ones you own on that account. If you are not seeing the ones you own, you have to get access to the email or verify ownership of your EA account with support before they will make changes.

@EA_ShepardThis is the problem. Because EA has designated that I own the "Standard Edition" instead of the "N7 Digital Deluxe Edition", which I bought, my account isn't entitled to own any DLCs. Now that I can no longer access the email account that I purchased this with and my Bank account only saves statements for seven years, I can't verify my purchase. Even though my receipt clearly states: "Mass Effect™ 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition', "Paid (visa)"$ammount, "The charge(s) will appear on your credit card as EA *Origin.com", [removed], "Reference Number: [removed]" and • Serial Number: which I didn't list, but available. So my problem is getting EA to acknowledge that I own Mass Effect™ 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition, which I did buy. Any help would be appreciated!

@dwharper34 Glad to see you were able to get this worked out. Let us know if you run into further issues with the DLC.

    Cheers!
