Was this via the game itself or on your console's online store?
It might have been a pack that unlocks items in the multiplayer mode.
From Ashes, Leviathan, Omega, Citadel and free Extended Cut are the story DLCs for single-player. Firefight Pack and Groundside Resistance Pack add extra weapons, Alternate Appearance Pack 1 adds extra squadmate costumes. The others like the Earth Pack are MP DLC so it sounds like an item pack for the multiplayer mode.
I went through the DLC option on the main menu and found the "Earth Pack". It's not a single-player DLC (just the ones I listed are SP) so it seems to be a multiplayer pack. In the in-game multiplayer you can buy packs with money to unlock items, so this must be something similar that's been put onto the PS Store. It's odd they would put it there with so little description though.
