Out of curiosity, I bought Mass Effect 3 again on another account and it immediately added the extended cut to me. I don't know what the problem is in this forum. If I had this problem, I wouldn't wait for help and buy a package DLC the promotion and after the problem.

Since you resurrected this old thread and my post is just above yours, I feel the need to update the info in mine for those looking for a solution to the (somewhat related) "I can't get the DLC on GamePass/EA Desktop" issue. Turns out, there's apparently a rather simple workaround.
