Mass effect 3 for ps3 trilogy set, dlc and online pass are not working in game?

Hello there. I downloaded the citadel, leviathan, online pass and extended cut dlc's and installed them recently but cannot get any of them working. I have tried redownloading them, deleteing the console's game dat but it still did not work. Does anyone have any fixes? Thank you for your time.
