Mass Effect 3 Galaxy At War Load Failed

Hi guys. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? I'm getting the Galaxy At War error. What can I do to fix this? I've verified the files, but the problem persists. When I click on downloadable content, I get a "maintenance" message. I wonder if this feature is under maintenance. I can play online. I bought the game about 10 years ago. I wonder if the servers have been shut down completely, or if it's under maintenance. If it's under maintenance, how many days will it take for it to end?

    I had a similar problem but in my case it would not even allow me to run the game.  One of the techs told me to go into the license folder and delete all of the ".dlf" files.  Then close the app close the game and restart the app then try loading the game again and it worked.  I was able to play the game with all of the DLC.  The license folder is usually here: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License.  Hope that helps.
