You can try one thing.
If you modify the name of the Mass Effect 3 folder at "...\My Documents\BioWare" path and at Origin you desactivate the Cloud Saves you will get the game as at his first run.
Just undo all the changes done before, the run as administrator, Windows 7,...
And try to run it like this, let see if is the game or just a configuration issue.

still no effect.

I can't understand why, the only thing I can suggest is to try to repair the game through Origin and if that doesn't work, unistall the game make a restart andinstall everything again.
But I don't know if it's going to work or just make waste your time.
Sorry about the problem, I've done what I could.

I did those things this night. Didn't help either.

A Friend of mine and I have the exact same problem. reinstalling and reparing a dozen times didn't worked.
the curiosity is that i worked finde on Tuesday when i downloaded the new MP DLC and on the next day it sudeenly stopped wokring.
My Friend got the same crashes but without the new DLC.
I already tried: - repairing install - deleting / restarting/redownloading game - deleting all me3 local profile files - updating my video drivers - disabling origin overlay - running as administrator/in compatibility mode - updating my windows to all available updates - directory for game is default (without Kirillyc characters or smth else that could be suspicious)
I am also having this exact problem. I have done all of the things he has listed and still crashes directly following the "Checking Downloadable Content" message at the main menu. I, also, have my DxDiag specs saved. I have attached them in a spoiler.

have you tried unplugging Internet until after the DLC check and then plugging it in again? I remember this helped in some cases.

My game crashes much earlier

Alright, update:
I tried this, which obviously put me into Offline Mode. Then, I alt-tabbed out of the game and turned on the internet. I went back into the game and used the blue button at the bottom of the screen to connect. I was ecstatic when it didn't crash. I went into MP, changed the weaps on one of my characters to make something different to sync after I closed the game. I clicked exit from MP to go back to the main menu and exit, but as soon as it tried to do it's customary "Checking DLC" again, the game crashed again.
Trying to go back in with the internet on resulted in another crash, even with a new save. I will try to go further in using the "start with internet off" thing and try to play all the way through a mission before going back out and exiting the game. Another post will follow.
Thoughts?

UPDATE #2:
Still crashes upon returning to main menu even after doing a silver MP run. Is there any way that I can uninstall JUST DLC and not the entire game? I'm getting a DLC auth error that doesn't list any particular DLC when I finally get to the main menu....

UPDATE #3
Now I'm also getting an Account in Use message every time I start origin in addition to the other issues...

Disregard the PW thing. I forgot that newer PWs need the uppercase letter.
UPDATE: The only way I've found to be able to get into the game WITH the DLC and play normally follows:
Start Origin
Start ME3
"Press Any Key to Continue"
Let ME3 connect to EA servers
AFTER the first flash of the "Checking DLC", but BEFORE the second flash - Disconnect from the internet
Wait until the game tells me that I have lost my connection to EA servers
Click OK
Alt-Tab out of the game
Reconnect to the internet
Log back in to Origin
Go back into ME3 (by clicking on the minimized taskbar icon)
Click the button in the lower right area of the screen to "Connect to EA Servers"
Play the game normally.
However, after playing, I have to disconnect from the internet BEFORE I leave the multiplayer menu to return to the main menu....otherwise the game will crash again. My system specs are listed farther up in a spoiler. If someone would like me to repost them or some other informaton, let me know.
This is an annoying issue and is very similar to what I have been getting. It is random, so sometimes it is during the intro movie, sometimes right after the DLC check, and sometimes after I click "Multiplayer."
This is a recent happening, since around the last DLC. It has affected a several of my friends as well. Maybe this is not client related and the ME3 server is returning some junk data when you run DLC checks... I don't know. The fact that you can get the program to run normally offline or not connected to EA could be evidence of this.
edit: so usually I get a crash or two and the game will run normally. Not tonight. I finally tried the above trick and it worked to get me into the multiplayer screens. Unfortunately I got a hang on a Join Game screen as I suppose I couldn't talk to the host, so I exited and was booted to the main menu where it promptly crashed at the DLC check as I didn't think about disconnecting again. Subsequently when I tried the trick to start the program I did not have any DLC.
Well on a whim I ran Repair Install tonight and it appears to have worked.
So perhaps some of you should try it again, or run it if you haven't. At least if you are getting the crash at DLC check that you can bypass if you disconnect from the network, and reconnect at the DLC check.
