Mass Effect 3: How Do I make kasumi from my squad?

Hi, I got Citadel DLC for mass effect 3 and made my whole team survive in mass effect 2 in the final mission and I imported my mass effect 2 character  for ME3 and did kasumi's mission on the citadel...

    Kasumi doesn't join the squad or the Normandy in ME3. The only exception is the arena mini-game in the Citadel DLC where most of the past squadmates can join.

I got admiral Hackett message!!!!!!!!!!!! All what I had to do is just finishing some main missions then I got the message!
