Mass effect 3 language

There are two options in settings allowing to change language settings in the game. The first one is for voice, the latter is for text. However both options are inactive so it isn't possibe to set English text and English voice:

How to change language in the game? I want play with English voice and English subtitles.

It looks like you have a Russian version of the game. This version is language looked.

If you google "mass effect 3 russian to english" you will find plenty of guides how to change the language.
