Mass effect 3 LE - Loading screen bug in citadel

While playing today i noticed a kinda game breaking bug. After the Cerberus attack on the citadel I don't have acess to the Docks/Refugee camp area of the citadel, whenever i try to travel there I just get stuck in a infinate loading screen. I did travel to that area a few days ago so either something changed after the main story mission where Cerberus attacks the citadel or something broke with the patch that was released june 7. 

I did do a some Google searching before writing this post and saw that there are people who had this problem in the original version of the game also.

    @Malavon81 

    If you play on a PC try to repair the game.


    (Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
    (Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    If you play on a PC try to repair the game.

    (Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    Hi

    Playing on Steam and tried to Verify the integrity of game files. 2 files failed to verify and after I had reaquired them it worked fine to travel to the docks area of the citadel. Thank you for the fast reply.

    I hate the way they packaged the games.

    Not dumping 5K-10K files in a single directory would have cut down on the number of problems caused by minor file system corruption.

    I am tried this method and it doesn't work for me....the can fly to the Anderson apartment but then i am just stuck in an infinite loading screen... i have tried this method and it says everything is good to go...i deleted the game and reinstalled it. Does it matter that i have the game both installed on my steamdeck and on my PC computer?

    I got a buddy to send me a save file from when he was inside the apartment and that loads perfect...so i don't know what is wrong... please help.

    Maybe there is a way i can use the save trainer to give me access to the apartment?

    sorry yes i have done both the repair and the reinstall of the game.

    I don't use any mods. 

    I think maybe it is because i switch back and forth playing on my steam deck while i am on the train, then when i come home i play on my PC.

    Normally this should not be a problem.
    The saves are transferred via EA's Cloud?

    If you have already repaired the game and are not using any mods, the most likely explanation would be a corrupted save file.

    Try to use an older save, one before arriving at the citadel.

    Other possible culprits could be problems with your hard drive or RAM.
