Mass Effect 3 Load Failed. Cannot connect to server. Can i get any help with this one, the Game still plays fine it's just the error that has me worried.

I tried re-setting my PS3 modem and it didn't work either. I hope its fixed soon cause as I mentioned in the other not working forums; I'm on a trilogy run and we need to get 100% galactic readiness for the good ending. Even if that isn't the case; I still like too cause I like finishing games with all achievements complete.
I have the same issue on PS3. The game fails to connect to server and my Galaxy at War map can't be updated which makes the platinum impossible to obtain.
So are there no soloutions ive contacted the support 3 times so far and everything they have said hasn't worked?
