Mass Effect 3: Mars Chase scene ladder Bug

ME Legendary Edition - Mass Effect 3 Bug: Walking through the ladder while chasing Eva (regardless if she has started or finished climbing the ladder), reloading the autosave will not work no matter how many tries. (Was going to go back and screenshot, but after restarting the launcher and game, it turns out that fixed it temporarily.)

Solution: Reload Game, at least for me worked.
