Mass Effect 3 Menu Screen Freezes Xbox 360

found any solution? same thing just happened to me ,_,

It happened to me three days ago.   It attached to my XBOX account because we tried another account and no problem.   Removed all DLC and tested each, one by one,   It's Retaliation.

You need to go onto the memory of the xbox 360 (settings) and delete the online update, then load the game up and it will tell u to install the update again let it do it then it should load up for you worked for me

Senior tech support at EA told me to take my XBOX to another network.   Hooked it up to another wifi.   It started to work with the Retaliiation DLC and my profile.   I took it home.   After a couple of misconnections; I had to reconnect the XBOX to the home wifi.   It  worked.  But here are some strange quirks.   Had to reinstall single player DLC, after deleting.   And everytime it gets done,  I lose connection to the EA servers.   Plus the problem was connected to my XBOX profile.  Trust me, we actually created a test profile and had no problem with the test profile.       The good news is after taking ithe XBOX to another network and then bringing it home, I got it to work without freezing.  

Don't know what the cause is.   Can't explain why it attached to my profile like a cancer.   This all started when our Internet went down.   After I got ii working, everything except Mass Effect was okay.   Weird.   Hope this helps any of you.  

I have the same problem and I have deleted all multiplayer DLC content and campain play through saves and still doesn't work after doing this and re-downloading multiplayer DLC.  I also deleted my MASS 2 play through and all DLC content and still nothing!  Then called Microsoft Xbox 360 on this issue and have done a system clean and still nothing again!  They said it's a EA issue on load up on the start up screen when it try's to conect to EA servers.  I need help very frustrating and because I'm a high rank N7 1200+ and was working on my comando title and was almost there and then this happens.  I never had a issue like this with any games on my console.   All I want to do is play ME3 mutiplayer online again.   Anyone help me please?  EA please respond back to this issue too.  Thank you!

Also the update thing in the Xbox 360 (Delete it and let it reinstall) is not something I have considered, but that doesn't make sense considering I have the same problem on more than one Xbox.
