Same exact problem here. The only DLC that shows up is the "extended ending". After 3 weeks of EA asking for my email, EA ID and sending (or not, as that has happened twice) codes to verify it is me, they haven't even tried to fix the problem. It gets canned or shoved onto the next [removed]. (As an aside my son has a copy of the trilogy and just reinstalled it. He can't get any of the 3 DLC either.) Sadly, there is no way to get a refund. Live and learn Never buying a code to download a game from EA again. Live and learn.
