Mass Effect 3 Missing From Library

Hi there! I wanted to check in and see how things are going. Are you still experiencing any issues with Mass Effect 3 missing from the library? If so which platform are you playing it in? Which platform was it purchased in?

I screwed up with the Question, I meant to say the Digital Deluxe Edition (the one with the Sound tracks and extra Content) Though I do have the Legendary pack.
I have been unable to locate it (the Deluxe edition) in my Library List of Purchased Items.

@Darkstar-Mc I gotcha! Makes sense. When you go into the EA app and under Manage do you see all of these in the Add-ons list? Ignore the EA Play. you should see something similar to this in your list.

IT shows that all DLC has been installed with the exception of From the Ashes (see Pic) which also appears in the Installed list further down.(see second Pic)
I have Reinstalled since receiving your last (the from the ashes Error Persists), and I am still mot seeing the Music play list either in the DLC or in the Installed Directory (See Pic 3)

FYI, since the transition to EA [removed], all ME3 (original, not Legendary) purchases appear as ME3 (2012) std edition.  No longer says deluxe.  That's why EA_Shepard asked about what content (add-ons) you have.  I have 19 listed, so should you.  Actually, on one account I have, it lists 20, but Extended Cut is now listed as both downloadable and installed.

Yes, EA App is buggy as poop.

So, if you have 19 add-ons, you should be good to go (fingers crossed).

Ah yes, I didn't realize it was also there (or, more likely, had just forgotten).

@Darkstar-Mclook in your "bonus" folder that you screencaped previously.  Mine has subfolders for the soundtrack and "Digital Deluxe" (including Art of Mass Effect, 1 comic and Normandy lithograph) as well a 4 wallpapers.

I would have sent a Pic of that as well but only allows 3 pix

Within that particular folder is 3 picture files all relating to ME3 Adds - MaleShep, Femshep & I suppose it would be called a generic cover. There are no other files in that folder (see Pic)
I have also had a look through the other folders including the folders generated in the  "My Documents"
