Hello there!
What is your NAT type?
Sounds like a NAT issue to me, speaking as someone who has often experienced NAT issues. You may have a double-NAT happening, or too restrictive thus not allowing you to connect with others.
I haven't played at all now in many months, fell into a Helldivers 2 pit that I have finally become bored with. Anyways, there are a couple ways to make your NAT friendlier to your friends and the game. They make your PC slightly less secure, due to usually activation of either UPnP and/or some port forwarding. It was a risk I was willing to take, and fortunately have a router that allows me to make rules for specific games and only use those NAT settings when using ME3MP.
NAT is also done by your ISP, sometimes creating a double NAT. This is not usually the case, but if you cannot improve your situation through looking into the above ideas, it may be worth contacting your ISP.
May the force be with you, always.

Hi,
thx for the reply.
The relevant ports for ME3MP are open (outgoing and incoming).
I didn't change either hardware nor the settings, when the issues occured.
But the idea of a double NAT is worth checking - thx.

For the sake of completeness: I still have all issues written above - and as we know that EA doesn't care, it seems hoping for a miracle will be the only thing remaining...

...and thanks EA for totally ignoring me
