Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer - Sorry. This account is currently invalid.

I bought ME3 recently to play multiplayer with my friends. I successfully downloaded and launched the game, however it failed to connect to EA server "Sorry. This account is currently invalid. Please try again later or review the account details." I tried everything, I searched many websites to find any solution but I haven't found anything useful. I requested a refund for ME3 to buy the game again to see if it works (still pending) because the bioware website told me that my origin account doesn't have ME3 (because I can't connect to EA server). I've tried to turn off firewall, reinstall the game, activate the product on EA website (someone said that it had fixed his problem) but nothing works. Please I want different answer than "please contact support" where I would recieve answers like "turn of your firewall". As I've seen so far, this problem is being ignored for years...
If that is the case you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
- Choose "Contact us" (Top Bar) and then Choose "Origin" from the list.
- Choose PC > Choose "Manage my Account" > "Can't log in" > Select contact Option.
- You should get a chat option now. (Please note the business hours.)
