@mich4el4ngelo This is an old bug that sadly won't have any planned updates at the moment to be resolved. What it will come down to, since we cannot "reset" data, is to get it to sync up the account the N7 page, or continue playing and have it naturally sync.
With these challenges, you have to do some real deep diving on forums and just try different steps from others. What I do is just search for the challenge or anything like ME 3 stuck challenges.
Most of the steps, regardless of the challenge will work for any that are stuck but from our end, there honestly isn't much that will happen as there arent any further updates for ME3.

Following on EA_Shepard's, here's one place to look. Alas, the "BroJo" referred to is no longer a BW employee, so that avenue won't work.

I alerted the team on this one, but it's going to be a hot minute before this can be looked into because it isn't considered a major break. Since players can still play it isn't preventing them from continuing matches or leveling.
They are aware though.
