Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer crash/doesnt start

hi, i started playing ME3 again today, and because i wanted to get 100% galactic readyness i started playing multiplayer, all went fine untill 30 mins ago, i wanted to adjust a character of mine when my screen froze, i restarted pc and wanted to start ME3 multiplayer again but its stuck on the loading screen as soon as i press multiplayer in main menu, when i try to repair installation its always stuck on exatcly 47% no matter how many times i try and it makes my pc work extreemly slow even disconnecting me from the internet for a small time untill i can quit the repair and close origin, i have tried restarting pc again several times but nothing seems to work, i did have to download a patch after my 3rd attempt or does this have nothing to do with it?
