Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer DLC Installed--but they aren't

I recently rebuilt my computer so I had to reinstall everything. I just installed Mass Effect and went in to the multiplayer. The issue is that the DLCs-- while they say installed on the "game details" page-- are not in my game. I tried to repair and verify the game cache but I can't seem to get the multiplayer dlcs to redownload. Any help is appreciated. Thank-you
