Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer DLC Installed--but they aren't

I recently rebuilt my computer so I had to reinstall everything. I just installed Mass Effect and went in to the multiplayer. The issue is that the DLCs-- while they say installed on the "game detail...

@aishingaa Sorry, did this issue get resolved in the end?

You can try running the repair program, perhaps this will help. Right-click the game panel to get this option. 

Past this you can try reinstalling the DLC, but hopefully this isn't needed.
