Mass Effect 3's multiplayer is peer-to-peer. The game experience is affected by the host's and/or player's connection speed. If you're not the host yourself, try hosting a game instead of joining one.

this has happened heavily even when I was hosting a game.

One game working fine doesn't rule out a connection issue @Alex_Fonewn. It's all about bandwidth, you can be logged in everywhere and still have connection issues with just one thing.
Let me know how you get on.

@EA_DarkoHello,
My connection is very good, fiber optic with 1GB symmetric, and unloaded ping of 2ms, I get to this room the full 100Mbps down and 96Mbps up of the ethernet cable to here.
Please test it yourself, yesterday, again, for aproximately 6th day in a row, the networking aspect of the game was awful. I was playing with high level profile players,(which are the only ones playing these days in PS3 for the Europe time frame, we play at night). It is almost impossible to play. We are having delays of 1/2 to 1 second, just a raw guess, by what is happening in the game.
Please play a PS3 game and test it yourself.
I have to say I am very grateful to EA to keep this online game alive still in 2022, but please fix the networking.
