MASS EFFECT 3 N7 COLLECTOR'S EDITION SQUADMATE ALTERNATE OUTFIT PACK - MISSING

I have all the bonus content from the N7 collector's edition but now my alternative outfits for my squadmates are missing. Help please.

@cmoorec22 could you please tell us on which platform you are playing and have you already tried to delete and re-install the DLC content?
