Mass effect 3 N7 delux edition (PC version) freezes or crashes when joining a MP

So basically I've never played ME 3 MP and now after my friends told me about it, i decided to reinstall the game and play ME 3 MP.

Got windows 10 pro vers 20h2 PS buid 1904.964, running on top Asus STRIX GL702VM-GC143T gaming laptop.

the game in single player runs just fine no issues at all, but in MP it freezes while loading the match after the lobby, i did use origin to repair the game, still crashes update GFX card driver, did change some issues (i couldn't join the lobby previously).

Any suggestion at all or workaround?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.

Also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for Mass Effect 3 or Origin.

If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.

You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.

The game crashes with a standard access violation code and a "AppHangB1" event.

This is a problem that is often Graphic-driver related and seeing that updating the driver already made a difference I would suggest a clean reinstallation of the driver.

Follow this guide to the letter > Test.

@holger1405 I did that to the letter still crashing while joining the game party (after the lobby).

Now i've got the latest vers of nvidia drivers maybe reinstalling DX9 could help, i'll try this. otherwise this MP will be banned from my mind.

You might want to preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode as well.

Disable your virus scanner and software like Afterburner as well if you use it.

@holger1405 I've got no antivirus except windows defenders, no software like afterburner (no need for messing my Hardware). Clean boot and windows 10 reinstall and still the same issue.

Then it is most probably a network or routing problem.

Are you on a private or a public (university) network?
Does your EA Account email address or username contain special characters?

Restart your router in this way:
Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software.. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall.

This ports must be open on your Router:
    Origin Ports
    TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
    UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900
    Me3 Port
    Port 3659

Clearing your DNS cache. or testing a google DNS could also help.

If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.
