Re: Unable To Load Data on N7 HQ Page

Mass Effect 3 MP player here - I've been using N7HQ a lot to track multiplayer challenge progress. Recently I've noticed the website being down a lot more than usual, only to find today that the profile page is just wiped? In-game my inventory and progress is still there, it's just the N7HQ website. 

Despite me being logged in with my Origin account, the My Account page displays no connected accounts.

Does this mean N7HQ's profile features are gone for good?

    I see the same thing.  As you wrote, N7HQ has been spotty recently, so hopefully this is a momentary glitch and not the beginning/middle of its end.  Any input from our EA representatives appreciated.

    I have the same problem although the Galaxy at war still works and the ability to change the in game challenges banner. Nothing else tracks on n7hq.

    I've been having the same problem since March 12th.  Everything in-game is fine (N7 and Challenge ranks, challenge points, etc.).  I also posted that the N7HQ was down ~2 weeks ago, so hopefully this is another temporary glitch.

    same here. Last week, reloading any n7hq page became very slow. A couple of days ago, n7hq then had lost all my equipment/challenge data. After logging in, the name of my profile is still there, but the profile is empty. Searching for my profile name results in an error message (No profile was found on PC/Origin with the name yafatty.)

    It's just n7hq - the game still runs, and all the equipment & other progress still is available in-game.

    My EA account is from 2010, thus, not new.

  • Over the past decade I’ve had this thought a thousand times — each time, N7 HQ is restored.  More is being done to maintain both the servers and N7 HQ than you’d think.  When these issues persist beyond a few days, then I begin to worry.  But I’d put money on all being back to normal within next 24-48 hours.

    I do hope so, but it's been like 5 days now, and while I have only been playing for a few months, I have never seen this "blank profile" issue. Website going down etc is a regular thing, but this is abnormal, that's what makes me worry.
