Mass Effect 3 N7HQ Galaxy At War - "Your EA Account needs to be updated"

Question

Hey, so i started playing Mass Effect 3 a couple of days ago and when i tried to use the Galaxy At War feature in the N7 HQ website it always tells me to re-sync my account and when i do it simply takes me back to the home screen or that no profiles are attached to it even tho they website shows that they are associated my account. I've tried many solutions and read other people complaining about this issue but as of 2023 it seems that it's not working. Can any CM from EA help, please?

This seems to be an account issue and only support can help with that.

You should contact EA directly. (Top bar, contact us) If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.
