Mass Effect 3 online pass PS3

Dear reader,

I have previously received a copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy, and I am having quite a bit of trouble.  I have looked this up and read that the online pass code prices have been removed.  However, when I go to play online on Mass Effect 3, it says it requires a code.  I have tried downloading this from the store and it has worked, but I do not know how to view it.  I have searched on the internet and heard you no longer require an online code and if you still get the message where an online code is required, it is an error.  How do I fix this?  Also, I would like to ask another few questions.  Does the Mass Effect Trilogy come with all of the DLCs for every game, 1, 2 and 3, and if so, what ones are on there and what ones are not.

    If you downloaded the Online Pass then try going into Mass Effect 3 again. It's just something that becomes "active" when you download it and you don't need to input a code when downloading it for free. Mass Effect Trilogy for PS3 comes with the following DLC:

    Mass Effect:

    Bring Down the Sky

    Mass Effect 2:

    Kasumi - Stolen Memories

    Overlord

    Lair of the Shadow Broker

    The Cerberus Pack for Mass Effect 2 and Extended Cut for Mass Effect 3 are available to download for free as well. The Cerberus Pack includes DLCs like the Firewalker Pack, new weapons and a new squadmate.

    The DLCs below need to be downloaded separately:

    Mass Effect 2:

    Arrival

    Mass Effect 3:

    From Ashes

    Leviathan

    Omega

    Citadel
