Hi wastespace,
It looks like the best way forward is to contact an advisor as holger states. However, I have a few questions about the nature of the issue that may help.
If you click the the ME3 pane on your My Games page, and then the information "i", can you see the product code there? if you scroll down on this page are there the various DLC options? If so, can you pick any of the free ones? I take it that you're launching the game through Origin and not anywhere else on the desktop?

Well, I´m not wastespace, but as I´m having identical problems, I guess it doesn´t matter if I also answer.
Yes, I can see the product code.
Yes, I can download the free DLC (yet the game doesn´t let me use them when installed).
And yes, I only launch the game via Origin.
Please, even the slightest clue could help me, as I´ve been desperated trying to fix it since some months ago.
All I want is to be able to play the multiplayer, that´s why I bought the game.

Hi belucard, thanks for the response. Sorry for not directly addressing you previously.
Taking a look, from what I can see there are a couple of token differences, and yours seems like a connection-based issue rather than the possible account-based one that wastespace describes. Have you tried going to the BW website, and if so do you get the ""No profiles were found associated with your EA/Origin account." error?Can you list some of the steps already taken, just so I don't wind up going over the same stuff unneccesarily?

Well, I always get that error at Bioware´s site, and I tried the re-syncro.
When I talked to an advisor, he told me to try launching the game without Firewall and antivirus (Avast), and it didn´t work.
I also tried the clean boot, and same result.
Finally, we did the uotrace test, and the advisor told me the case would be transfered to a specialist, but I still have no notice.
I had this problem some months ago, and I was said it was because of my connection (and it was truly crappy), but now my connection is WAY better, but the problem´s still the same.
